Review: Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters!

For the few of you who haven't heard already, Revlon has released a new permanent line of Colorburst Lip Butters. When I hear "lip butter" I automatically think of something like this:
These are lovely too, but not very practical since you have to clean your finger after each use. Unless, you have a brush you use with it. Revlon sort of took the idea of a lip butter and took it up a notch by removing the messy finger problem, and placing the lip butter in the form of a lipstick!
Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter - Sugar Plum

Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter - Red Velvet
These basically have the pigmentation of a lipstick, and the moisture of a lip balm, it's the perfect combo! Of course there are a few shades in the collection that are more on the sheer side, but I think that's the case with all make up collections. The collection consists of 20 different colors, but I only picked up two of them, Sugar Plum and Red Velvet. I feel like these two are perfect fall and winter  shades, so I didn't feel the need to get any more for now, but will definitely be back for some spring colors when the time comes ;)

Overall, I would definitely recommend these, especially this season when our lips tend to get a little dryer and could use the extra moisture. Check them out and let me know what you think!

NOTD: Facets of Fuchsia by Revlon

The moment I saw this polish it basically called my name. Have any of you noticed that glitter polishes have become really in this season?! Well I noticed, I mean OPI's new collection has some, China Glaze brought some out too, and obviously so did Revlon. Now, I have to admit this was not a in the moment purchase. I took a few days to think about it because glitter polishes are always such a fuss to remove. But after seeing it time and time again every time I walked into a store, I finally gave in, and I am ever so glad that I did! First of all let me say that I am VERY impressed with the wear of this polish! This was my first Revlon nail  polish and it didn't chip for like an entire week, maybe even longer if I hadn't taken it off haha. Furthermore, the black base of this polish is very nice and opaque after two coats, however, it does not at all cover the purple glitter. I got so many compliments while wearing it, everyone thought I had layered two polishes. I just love it, it has the darkness I like for these months, PLUS the beautiful sparkle of the glitter which is perfect with the holidays coming up. On another note, I've heard through other blogs that it is comparable to a polish released by Deborah Lippmann called Bad Romance. If you'd like to see pictures of that one, I suggest checking out Allison's blog. From what I can see, they are indeed VERY similar. Their prices differ greatly though, with Revlon being around $5 and Deborah Lippmann around $18.

What do you guys think of it?

NOTD: Khloe had a little Lam-Lam by Nicole by OPI

As soon as I heard the Kardashian sisters would be releasing a nail polish collection I knew I'd HAVE to try them out. The collection consists of 14 colors that are named as follows: All Kendall-ed Up, Sealed with a Kris, Kim-pletely In Love, Khloé Had a Little Lam-Lam, Kourt is Red-y for a Pedi, Rainbow in the S-kylie,  Disco Dolls, Listen to Your Momager!, Wear Something Spar-kylie, It’s All About the Glam, Follow Me on Glitter, Kendall on the Katwalk, and My Empire… My Rules.

All the shades are lovely of course, but the one that really caught my eye was Khloe had a litte Lam-Lam. Teal is my favorite color and Khloe had a little Lam-Lam is a deep blue-green teal color, practically made for me ;) In the picture you can't really see its green undertones, but I assure you, they're there! It has no glitter, or sheen to it, which is the type of finish I enjoy most during the fall. I was able to find the collection, or excuse me, the Kollection, at my local Wal-mart and don't really know where else you could purchase them. I already know I will be wearing this quite often in the coming months, and who knows, I might even go back for more haha

What colors would you guys like to try?
